Welcome to your 3 week challenge all about getting back to the basics
It all starts with you.
You’re the only person that can decide to change your life and your mindset and the best thing you can do for yourself right now is to choose yourself and know that you deserve it. Put yourself first and challenge yourself with this 3-week program!
What can you expect?
There are 12 30-45 minute workouts in this challenge. They’re split into 2x upper sessions and 2x lower sessions per week.
They are designed as at-home workouts, but can absolutely be done at a gym if you have access to one! All you need is yourself, a soft surface, and a pair of dumbells (preferably a heavier and a moderate/lighter set). There is optional equipment (yoga block/thick book and a stable chair/bench) if you don’t have these don’t worry! You’ll still get an awesome workout in :)
During the 3 weeks, you may not see a huge difference (lasting change comes from commitment and consistency). However, you can definitely start to feel a difference in 3 weeks or less.
My intention with this challenge is to help you get started towards creating the healthy and sustainable habits that will put you on the road to seeing and feeling the lasting change you want!
I want to take the confusion out of finding and creating your own workout plan by having It all laid out here for you :) All you need to do is show up and try your best!

Why should you do this challenge?
We could be here all day while I explain why I think everyone could benefit from moving their body…. But I’ll keep it short so you can get started :) (honestly, the real question is, why not?)
Moving your body can be one of the greatest forms of self-care. It can also be a great way to learn more about yourself and step outside your comfort zone.
Everyone has their own ‘why’. It’s time that you find yours as well. Let it come from within! Do you want to feel better mentally and physically? Do you want to feel stronger in your day-to-day life? Do you want to build your self-confidence and prove to yourself that you can complete the things you start? It can be anything, as long as it means something to you.
This challenge is the perfect place to start if you’re unsure where or even how to get started!
