It’s time to start taking those small steps towards the healthiest and most confident version of you! The perfect first step is signing yourself up for a workout program that will help eliminate all the confusion and energy it takes to create your own, like this one ;)
What you can expect?
If you’ve ever found yourself saying, “I don’t have time to workout” or “I’m just too busy,” this may be the perfect program for you! You may also not enjoy spending hours in the gym six days a week (hint… you don’t have to do that!). In this program, you’ll do four workouts per week, 1 upper, 1 lower, 1 full body, and 1 cardio day! Each only workout takes around 30-45 minutes of your 24 hour day, using minimal equipment and space! There will be four workout structures that you’ll alternate through each time. These are timed-based circuit workouts designed for either at-home or in the gym, up to you!
I’ll give you mindset, motivation, and fitness tips (everything I wish I had known before I started) to help make your journey more sustainable and enjoyable! :) Each week will start with a positive affirmation and they will end with a check-in journal prompt question. Use these as a way to learn more about yourself and how moving your body makes you feel! Whether you’re new to exercising or you’ve been doing it for a while, this program will leave you feeling strong and confident!

weekly affirmations to help you form a stronger relationship between your body and mind
weekly check-ins/journal prompts that will help you reflect and stay connected to your goals
additional challenges and habits to help you get even closer to your strongest and highest self
